G.E.M Technology (Geometrical Energy Management) – focusing light under the skin. With this technology which was developed by Active we can coagulate hair follicles and perform additional skin treatments without patient discomfort and with excellent results. Unlike other machines that first heat the skin surface, we concentrate the energy below skin surface so it is not felt by the patient and performs the treatment with efficiency. Combining this technology with high intensity pulses (more than twice the average intensity in competing devices) provides us with a safe and effective treatment. The patient knows they should be no pain and if such pain is felt – treatment is stopped. Pain is felt before damage is done. This way we do not encounter side effects from the treatments we perform.

GEM-PL Technology concentrates light under the skin surface. The energy, on one hand, is not felt on top of the skin and on the other hand – it has high intensity at the target area, very much like a magnifying glass in the sun – close to the magnifying glass you feel slight heat and at the focal point the same energy which was not felt, creates high heat intensity.
It enables us to get through the melanin in the epidermis without harming it, and work on the melanin and other chromophores found in the dermis, thus we can work with a more efficient spectrum, resulting in an efficient, safe and pain-free treatment.
